We loved this development so much we moved into one ourselves! The development is made up of four unique detached houses all fronting onto a shared drive. The sense of community and safety this has bought about is very welcome. Each property has substaintial gardens with sunny aspects and were a joy to build. The easy access to Broadstone village and excellent local schools has proved a winning formula.

This was a complete renovation of a 4 bedroomed period property in Lower Parkstone with the addition of a single story extention to the rear. We worked very closely with the clients to create a spacious open plan ground floor suited to their modern lifestyle. These developments comprised of two large buildings containing 15 apartments each. The penthouses and upper floor apartments had amazing sea-views due to the immediate proximity of Bournemouth beach and lower gardens. All flats had stylish balconies or patios with a communal lift and secure underground parking area. The central location and easy stroll to the beach made these very desirable.
